USED Football Helmets
Consideration: One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($125.00)
Description of Goods: One (1) Used Football Helmet sold as memorabilia only. Not certified for use by any school, group or individual. 
There is no process for selecting the helmet of your choice. Upon receipt of your order, you will be contacted directly by the football coaching staff to arrange for pickup and/or delivery. 
These helmets are sold as memorabilia only and are not certified for use in any capacity. 
Terms of Sale: 

1. As-Is, Helmets are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 
2. No Returns or Replacements: There shall be no returns or replacements for any reason, including but not limited to defects, malfunctions, or damage. 
3. Limited Availability: There are a limited number of helmets available for sale. The store will be closed and will no longer accept orders once the inventory is depleted. 
4. Payment Terms: Payment must be made through the TouchNet Link. No cash payments will be accepted. 
5. Indemnification: The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Davenport University for any claims, damages, or liability arising from the purchase and use of the helmet after the sale.

These jerseys are sold as memorabilia only and are not certified for use in any capacity.

You will be able to request a preferred Jersey color and number but be advised that your preferred selection is not guaranteed; inventory is limited and substitutions may be made at our discretion. 

Completion and payment of your purchase serves as your acknowledgment of the terms of sale and as noted above the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Davenport University from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the purchase and use of the helmet or jersey after sale.
